What if I’m running late?

We get it, life happens. If you're late, we may need to shorten your service and charge the full fee. Arrive more than 15 minutes late and if we can't accommodate, you'll be charged the full price. A valid credit card is required for booking.

What’s your return policy?

You may return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns on opened products.

What products do you use?

We exclusively use top-quality products from Skin Better Science, Face Reality, and Glo Skin Beauty.

How do I prepare for my facial?

Simply come as you are! However, arriving without makeup on your face gives us more time to focus on addressing other areas of your skin during the session.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely! We offer gift certificates for all our services and products. Providing someone with one of our facials isn't just about self-care; it's about enhancing confidence, promoting health, and inducing relaxation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy offers flexibility for individual appointments. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance with no charge. After that, half the fee applies. No-shows will be charged the full fee.

For memberships, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation with no fees. Additionally, you can pause your membership for up to three consecutive months per year. Thank you for your understanding.

Can you help me with my AM/PM routine?

That’s our specialty! After your appointment, we will give you a fully customized AM/PM at home regimen that’s perfect for your skin. If you have questions, feel free to email us anytime.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Don’t forget to have all of your paperwork filled out prior to arrival to maximize your treatment time during your appointment.

Upon arrival, simply check in at the main lobby of the building with the receptionist. They will direct you to our suite. Feel free to help yourself to our coffee bar while you wait. We will come to greet you and escort you to our suite where you will be provided with a wrap to change into.

On Saturdays, the main doors to our building are locked. Please wait in your car and text Chloe or Elise to let them know you have arrived. They will come and open the door for you when its time for your appointment.
