Terms and Conditions for Facial Treatments

Your facial treatments are reserved specially for you, and we value your business. Please respect the SPA's scheduling policies:

• Cancellation Policy

  Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged in full.

• Same-Day Appointments

  If you cancel or no-show for a same-day appointment, you will be charged the full service price.

• Late Arrival

  If you are late, we reserve the right to shorten your service time and charge the full service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we can't perform the service, you will be charged the full service price.

• Credit Card Required

  A credit card is required to book all appointments. Your full credit card information is not stored; our secure payment processor provides an encrypted, unique token.

• Responsibility

  It is your responsibility to read our responses, pre-care and aftercare instructions, and all appointment reminders.

When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. You will receive an email confirmation when your appointment is booked.
